Solid experience driving rooms revenue and F&B sales for entertainment and corporate clients.
Demonstrated ability to manage large client accounts valued at $1M+, ensuring growth and retention.
3 – 5 years in a senior sales role within hotels and a strong understanding of the Sydney market.
Proven leadership experience managing and motivating a sales team of at least 3 or more, with a focus on coaching and development.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders, negotiate outcomes, and gain buy-in.
Expertise in planning and organising resources to meet deadlines and optimise performance in a fast-paced environment.
Commercial acumen with the ability to identify new business opportunities, manage risk, and maximise profitability.
Strong track record in delivering results through strategic planning and achieving ambitious revenue goals.
