Proven track record migrating SQL Server BI solutions to Azure/Fabric
Experience with data modeling, ETL design patterns and semantic layer development
Exposure to BIML a plus
Adaptability: Eager to learn new technologies and adjust to evolving business needs
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and data-driven mindset
Collaboration: Comfortable facilitating workshops, requirement sessions and cross-functional teaming
AWS BI: S3, Redshift, Lambda

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
Technical Leadership: Ability to set architecture direction, enforce standards and drive continuous improvement
Delivery Management: Skilled at scheduling, prioritizing tasks and managing stakeholder expectations
Deep hands-on experience with Power BI and DAX for advanced calculations, custom visuals and performance tuning
5+ years of hands-on BI development and architecture across both AWS and SQL Server stacks
Strong expertise in:
SQL Server stack on EC2 (SSAS, SSIS, BIML, Power BI)
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for working with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
