Graduate / Registered Architect

• Work on the most luxury and expensive projects in Sydney
• Coordinate with consultants, local councils, and other stakeholders
• Work on stunning, design-led homes and boutique residential developments
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
• Contribute to the design and documentation of high-end residential and multi-residential projects
• For Registered Architects: lead projects through all phases from concept to delivery, including client liaison and contract administration
• Support project team with problem-solving and technical guidance
• Prepare DA/CC documentation packages using Revit

This position is open to both Graduate Architects with strong technical and design skills, as well as Registered Architects with proven experience leading projects. The successful candidate will join a very collaborative environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality residential architecture. For more senior candidates, this will include end-to-end project management responsibilities. You'll be working closely with Directors, clients, consultants, and builders on beautifully designed projects.

GRADUATE OR REGISTERED ARCHITECT - HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS

• South Sydney location - avoid the CBD commute
• A solid understanding of the NSW planning system and BCA/NCC
• Strong proficiency in Revit is essential, ideally with hands-on documentation experience
• Strong design communication and documentation skills
• Exposure to a wide range of residential project types and scales
• Enjoy a high-quality workload without the CBD commute
• High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a small team
• For Registered Architects: demonstrated experience running residential projects independently
• A degree in Architecture or similar field
