Apex Service Partners, a national leader in the fast‑growing residential home services industry, is looking for MBA interns eager to help build a world‑class organization while learning the day‑to‑day operations of a residential service business. Interns will be embedded in a dynamic, cross‑disciplined team at one of the company's brand locations, gaining exposure to organic revenue growth, P&L management, performance metrics, and culture‑building.
The internship runs for 10–12 weeks between June and August 2026, with full‑time commitment (40+ hours per week) and is offered at multiple locations including Cleveland, Boston, New York Metro, and several others. Successful interns may transition into Apex’s General Manager in Training program or other operational leadership tracks such as Director of Operations or Market Area Chief of Staff.
Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a top‑tier MBA program (Year 1 or Year 2), possess high emotional intelligence, and thrive in fast‑paced, often unstructured environments. They should be comfortable working hands‑on with blue‑collar teams, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and be driven by data‑focused, outcome‑oriented results.
