Description

• Develop ideas that balance client needs, building usage, and environmental impact
• Prepare specifications, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with codes and regulations
• Present design concepts and philosophies to clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with construction professionals and internal teams
• Contribute to projects from feasibility through to planning and delivery stages
• Conduct site visits and produce detailed reports

Requirements

• Strong design skills and experience across all RIBA stages
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Photoshop; Revit experience is advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail
• ARB registration with proven post-qualified experience
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
