2+ Years of manufacturing leadership experience

Previous experience and readiness to be a hands-on contributor supervisor
Highly organized and excellent multi-tasker
Experience using MRP systems (JD Edwards preferred)
Experience developing metric-driven execution strategies to reach short/long-term goals.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems to collaborate with warehouse, inventory and shipping teams
