In this role, the intern will support due‑diligence activities, coordinate follow‑up requirements, and handle confidential Ethics Helpline case administration while communicating with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities also include reviewing data for third‑party due diligence, charitable contributions, gifts and entertainment, managing the conflicts‑of‑interest program, and assisting with the creation and analysis of key metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
Candidates must be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance/Internal Audit, Accounting, International Studies, Political Science, or a related field, and be able to work in‑person in Oshkosh, WI. The ability to handle confidential matters with independent judgment is essential.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Teams, Excel, and Word. Experience with SharePoint and Power BI is not mandatory but considered a plus.
