Ensure projects are on schedule
Oversee and provide support to staff
Determine and implement strategic initiatives within territory aligning with company’s overall goals

Has a professional demeanor and ability to interact with all levels, in and outside of the organization
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience overseeing projects totaling a minimum of $5 million
Must include working with OR within a state's Department of Transportation
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dropbox
