- Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and user experience.
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, and BI Publisher.
- Create technical documentation and provide training to internal teams and end-users.
