  • Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain custom solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, and BI Publisher.
  • Create technical documentation and provide training to internal teams and end-users.

  • Experience with HDL / HSDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher and OTBI report development.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits).

  • Strong experience as Oracle HCM developers (not general Fusion ERP developers)
  • Experience with HCM Analytics configuration and deployment.
