Description

Prepare and submit billing to Civil customers through assigned website.
Answer field calls from Superintendents.
Gather and review all necessary back up documentation for completed projects.
Maintain project master worksheet and other electronic files for Civil customers.
Oversee and/or process day-to-day administrative items (i.e., expense reports, supply requisitions, personnel transaction forms, operating budgets, etc.) per supervisor’s authorization.
Follow up with field Superintendent/Project Coor on billing for projects that have been complete, but not fully billed.
Update Excel spreadsheets and Access worksheets daily.
Submit daily crew lists to SCE.
Process monthly and quarterly accruals.
Log and process new work orders for SCE.

A working knowledge of general office procedures at a level normally acquired through one year experience in an office setting; and
Experienced in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Adobe PDF.
Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail.
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
