Description

Troubleshoot HVAC issues and operate steam systems
Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration units
Assist with inspections and coordinate with external vendors
Install, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment including compressors, condensers, pumps, valves, thermostats, and other system components
Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to manage work orders and log hours
Adjust settings using Building Management Systems (BMS) platforms
Perform basic general maintenance and support emergency on-call rotation

Requirements

journeyman

hvacr cert

high school

driver license

chillers

air handlers

Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops
Experience with Chillers, Air handlers, Valves, Heating exchanges
Pass driving history check
Regular exposure to mechanical, electrical, and environmental conditions
Pass Keystone and FAA background checks
Ability to walk long distances and operate tools and vehicles
Must live within a 45-minute drive of the worksite
Must have a valid driver’s license
High School Diploma or equivalent
Journeyman License-Required
HVACR Certification – Preferred
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
