Ventilation Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will manage all parts of adi Climate Systems projects from start to finish. This includes planning, organising, and implementing solutions. You will work with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects meet their needs and follow safety standards.

• Creating and maintaining project timelines to keep everything on track.
• Compiling and organising contract files, verifying customer data and specifications for smooth project initiation.
• Coordinating with design engineers to manage contract variations effectively.
• Reviewing budgets and technical details during the sales handover to ensure alignment.
• Presenting project reports and maintaining accurate quotations reflecting changes.
• Managing projects ranging from £50,000 to £2 million.
• Building strong client relationships and conducting value engineering to enhance outcomes.
• Overseeing project delivery to meet quality, schedule, and budget standards.
• Managing project resources, track progress, and addressing risks proactively.
• Preparing quotations and conducting risk assessments for site installations.
• Ensuring project completion aligns with customer requirements and document buy-off.
• Developing work schedules and assisting in competitive bid proposals.

Location – We are ideally seeking a candidate based in the Midlands who is willing to travel to client sites as needed. If you’re not on-site with a client, you can work from our head office in Birmingham.

• Preferred work experience within food & beverage, automotive and manufacturing sector.
• Ability to input with Pre-construction to design and create project specification.
• Previous experience in a client facing role.
• Ability to price project variations and issue quotes.
• Previous experience working as a project or contracts manager in HVAC.
• Good technical knowledge in ventilation with experience of Heating, Chilled water, Chiller & AHU installations.
• Ability to manage projects from conception to completion including all labour & Material requirements.
