Ensure accurate and complete data entry to drive job creation and production planning.
Conduct internal project kick-off meetings to align cross-functional teams.
Communicate shipment requirements to production and shipping teams.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by aligning with the finance and logistics teams.
Develop detailed truckload plans aligned with customer ship sequences.
Follow company procedures to confirm and document detailed customer requirements.
Secure updated purchase orders (POs) from customers reflecting approved changes.
Coordinate with engineering to ensure the finalized BOMs are completed and released .
Initiate and process change order quotations in coordination with Sales to capture all revenue associated with evolving customer requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience

Strong understanding of ERP systems; experience with Infor Syteline is a plus.
