Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a Preconstruction Manager – Design Management Support to join our Owner's Rep team remotely within the United States. The role provides day‑to‑day coordination and operational support for a key data‑center client, ensuring the design process stays organized, aligned, and responsive throughout design and construction. Responsibilities include managing design documentation, schedules, and package tracking while maintaining Procore standards and compliance across architect and engineering partners.
Acting as a liaison between design teams, project management, and construction, the manager supports coordination among EORs, design‑assist partners, and subcontractors to drive clarity, close submittals, and resolve RFIs. The position also assists with construction administration, QA/QC of design issuances, and change management by identifying cost and scope impacts, enabling efficient design delivery and integration of customer or tenant design needs.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in architecture, design, construction management, engineering or a related field, and have at least four years of design or pre‑construction experience, preferably in a design‑management capacity. Familiarity with MEP systems and data‑center operations, as well as strong English communication skills, are required.
