- Working safely and complying with Qualico’s Safety Program and relevant safety regulations.
- Supporting and providing guidance to other team members as necessary.
- Installing and servicing various residential HVAC equipment and performing duct work as required. Ensuring projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standard.
- Reviewing project documents with Sales team clarifying any inquiries relative to designs and specifications. Conducting project site reviews prior to commencing work.

- All levels! Seeking 1 st to 4 th year apprentices to Journeypersons, including Journeypersons with Project Management Skills.
- Previous experience in multi-unit walk-up 3-6 story condominiums is preferred.
- Prior experience in the Home Building industry is preferred.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable vehicle.
- Physically able to kneel and crouch as well as lift, carry, push or pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Prior experience in HVAC installation and repairs.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- High school Diploma, or equivalent.
