Manage intake, triage, and resolution of system-related tickets for the CoE Demand Planning team. Collaborate with IT and business support teams to address bugs, integration challenges, and recurring issues. Translate business needs into functional specifications, secure approvals, and prioritize enhancements based on impact and feasibility. Coordinate post-deployment communications for demand planning updates, including system changes, process refinements, and incident resolutions. The role requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and at least seven years of experience in supply-chain planning or operations management (e.g., SIOP, demand planning, materials management). Candidates must have a minimum of five years working with advanced planning tools such as Kinaxis Maestro or O9 solutions and be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship.
