Proactive approach to own activities and helping in other disciplines, as far as practically possible, to assist in PMO overall efficiency.
Experience of working within a multi-discipline team environment
Charted (or similar) status with an industry recognized engineering body
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
15+ years of related work experience.
Previous experience of working in a PMO
Experience/familiarity with Microstation, Bentley OpenRoads, and/or Projectwise
Experience in reviewing third party designs and coordinating comments for approval
Experience in one or more of the following areas: ODOT design standards, ITS design, traffic operations studies, or intersection conceptual drafting
Experience managing large tasks and/or projects
Understanding of the use of traffic analysis tools including HCS, Transmodeler, Synchro/SimTraffic
Experience in developing traffic signal design plans
