  • Communicate work orders that address deficiencies in need of correction.
  • Support and participate in the Commitment of Excellence Program.
  • Endorse and comply with all Standard Heating and Air Conditioning’s Safety policies and initiatives.
  • Responsible for completing required paperwork in a timely matter.
  • Conduct work for warranty customers; complete installs and startups of residential and/or commercial systems.
  • Review blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer recommendations to ensure proper installation of project.
  • Assemble position and mount heating and cooling equipment.
  • Manage day to day oversight of job locations including but not limited to progress of job site and review of materials needed; maintain outlook for future scheduling.
  • Work with Warranty Administrator for dispatching and urgency of work required.
  • Maintain a professional image and appearance.

  • Requires working indoors and outdoors, in varied environmental conditions.
  • Must be available for flexible scheduling of work hours and overtime as required.
  • Knowledge of installation of refrigerants, accurately changing components, order duct fitting, equipment and accessories, install and operate low/high voltage.
  • Requires lifting up to 55 lbs., the ability to bend, stretch, stoop, kneel, twist, or reach with your body, arms and/or legs.
  • Ability to work on and diagnosis residential and commercial equipment.
  • Ability to be insured by the Company to drive a company vehicle.
  • Effectively demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when working with customers, contractors and co-workers.
  • Basic Computer skills; Building Management System preferred.
  • EPA and OSHA Certification preferred.
  • Current Journeymen license.
  • Training and development of Installers and Apprentices; communicate and offer feedback.
  • Ability to work on both residential and commercial zone systems.
  • Must be able to complete projects independently and without regular supervision.
