The Strategy, Planning & Improvement function within Customer Network and Services (CNS) shapes the strategic roadmap, drives improvement initiatives and provides governance across the division. The team formulates, plans and executes strategy, turning CNS ambitions into actionable plans while monitoring benefits and value. This role will lead the development and execution of the five‑year CNS strategy and associated transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and delivering measurable business outcomes.
