Sr. Software Developer

Description

The Sr. Software Developer provides technical leadership and architectural direction for advanced aviation surveillance and surface management solutions. This role defines system architecture, guides software design, and manages a distributed team of developers and DevOps engineers to deliver robust, scalable, and reliable systems. The architect also oversees enhancements to in-service monitoring modules, ensuring lifecycle reliability and operational performance

• s.Ensure compliance with aviation and industry standards (e.g., RTCA DO-278A/DO-178C) and internal development processe
• s)DevOps engineers with expertise in Docker, VMware, and Linux environmen
• s.Contribute to the design and enhancement of in-service monitoring modules, enabling proactive fault detection, performance trending, and integration into technical performance report
• s:Define and maintain the software architecture for aviation surveillance and surface management systems, including ADS-B ground stations, vehicle-mounted transceivers, and integration modules with monitoring and safety tool
• s.Participate in requirements analysis, design reviews, and system validation activities to ensure alignment between architecture and operational need
• s.Support project management teams in planning development activities, estimating workload, and monitoring progress across multiple time zone
