1-2 years of building systems and maintenance experience, preferably within a multi-residential asset class.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, HVAC & mechanical systems, and painting.
Passion for providing an exceptional resident service experience through excellent communication skills.
Proficient with use of basic handheld and electrical tools.
Ownership Mindset
Flexibility to work on-call on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends).
