We are transparent about our four‑week paid training, which prepares technically skilled individuals for field work. Success in training requires a basic foundation in electrical systems, programming, and communication networking; candidates lacking this background may not be ready for the role.
The position combines work and travel, allowing you to experience new cities, tackle unique projects, and earn travel rewards while serving customers across North America. There is no office to report to, and you’ll be away from home while on assignment.
Compensation starts at $60,000–$75,000 depending on location, education, and experience, plus per‑diem for meals, mileage reimbursement, utilization and weekend bonuses, and annual merit raises with a 5 % salary increase after six months.
