Associate Town Planner - Scotland

Description

• Conducting feasibility and site appraisals for our diverse client base.
• Coordinating project teams and managing projects effectively.
• Promoting medium to largescale residential, mixeduse, energy, industrial, education, and other developments (both brownfield and greenfield) through the Local Development Plan process.
• Coordinating subsequent planning applications and appeals.
• Preparing planning and Statements of Community Engagement when required.
• Supporting the building and maintaining of strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Experienced in delivering a wide range of planning applications, appeals, and inquiries.
• Possess strong knowledge of current Scottish planning legislation, ideally with experience in residential and energy developments.
• Proven in shaping, directing, and delivering medium to largescale projects.
• Equipped with excellent technical Planning skills.
• MRTPI qualified.
• A collaborative team player, adept at working effectively with colleagues, clients, contacts, and community stakeholders.
