The successful candidate will lead clinical trial coordination from start-up to close-out, oversee day-to-day site activities, and mentor CRCs, Study Nurses, and other operational staff. This is a key leadership role suited to a proactive Registered Nurse ready to help drive site growth.

Contribute to SOP development, feasibility, and continuous improvement
Manage assigned clinical trials and ensure GCP and regulatory compliance
Oversee essential documentation, monitoring visits, and safety reporting
Support participant recruitment, screening, consent, and follow-up
Provide operational support and back-up leadership to the Site Director
Liaise with sponsors, CROs, ethics committees, and internal teams
