What You Bring

-Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering. -20+ years relevant experience including experience in leadership and supervisory roles. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Experience working on metallurgical projects (mineral processing, hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, etc.) in extractive metallurgy for base and precious metals. -Knowledge of process safety methodologies. -Good understanding of regulatory compliance for public disclosure (NI 43-101, SK 1300, JORC, etc.). -Experience in plant operations and commissioning. -P.Eng status in any Canadian province. -Must possess a comprehensive understanding of the mining and metals sector and be thoroughly familiar with typical business and contract models employed in the industry and hold a wide network of professional industry contacts.
