Senior Chartered Building Surveyor

• Running JCT contracts and delivering a range of professional surveying services.
• Supporting colleagues through mentoring and project organisation.
• Leading briefs, producing specifications and tender documents.
• Liaising with clients, contractors and consultants on major projects.

• Experience across commercial, retail or education sectors.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• A full driving licence and willingness to travel when needed.
• MRICS Chartered (preferred).
• Confidence with MS Office, with NBS/AutoCAD/REVIT an advantage (training available).

You’ll join a supportive Liverpool team that works with high-profile clients who manage varied property portfolios across the UK. The work is genuinely mixed: one week you might be producing a dilapidations schedule, the next administering a JCT contract or investigating a defect.
