Business Admin Apprentice

Description

• Arranging transport and reporting on transportation spends
• Training users on Go Codes
• Manage calibrations/repairs of tools in asset management system with internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze orders and estimate delivery dates at destination based on availability, lead times, and transit times.
• Updating calibration certificates from suppliers to the in-house system Go Codes
• Preparing purchase orders for suppliers / vendors
• Assisting with sourcing requests
• Communicate and interface regularly with warehouses to clarify/prioritize picking and preparation for shipment
• Help to assist coordinate inbound/outbound logistics for tools and material through detailed planning

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Possess a strong commitment and enthusiasm to the role and the apprenticeship.
• Positive mindset and “can do” attitude
• Have a confident personality with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience of common Microsoft packages and good IT skills.
• Have good problem-solving abilities.
• High degree of flexibility, extremely motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
• Be highly self-motivated, be able to work in a small team and independently.
• Proven ability to work in a cross-functional departments / teams
