Description
Track sales leads and work with sales teams to ensure leads are accurately registered in CRM
Implement internal and external events according to global guidelines and utilize global concepts and tools. Covering entire planning to execution of all local marketing and brand event management and client-related activities.
Support the Head of Marketing to execute the Marketing strategy that is based on global marketing strategies and local business requirements and consistent with KONE’s overall mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
Localize global marketing material and activities
Organise and coordinate the production and supply of premiums / promotional items
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies (for example printing houses, event agencies, advertising agencies, pr agencies, graphic designers)
Any administrative tasks needed to support marketing activities
Update local website pages where necessary
Assisting in preparing presentations for both internal and external sharing
Support Sales teams with collaterals/documents that are distributed to customers.
