Project Director

Description

• Develop sector knowledge and act as a reference point for emerging trends and best practice.
• Represent the company at industry events, support bid proposals and drive business development initiatives.
• Monitor project status, including time, cost, invoicing, profitability and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to extend commissions and secure new business.
• Participate in and lead training, CPD and thought leadership activities; contribute to external events.

Requirements

• Extensive project leadership experience in programming, planning, design, construction and/or commissioning.
• Competence in Health & Safety, CDM regulations and Building Safety Act compliance.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and trends in mission-critical environments.
• Expertise in data centre technologies, innovations and mission-critical standards (e.g., Uptime Topology, ASHRAE TC 9.9, ISO PUE/CUE/WUE).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
