- Drive performance excellence by establishing quality standards and using data to measure against key performance indicators
- Conduct performance analyses, including incident investigations and corrective action plans
- Resolve complex operational challenges using systematic problem-solving methodologies

- Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes based on current compliance
- Analyse operational systems and present data-driven recommendations for equipment and process improvements
- Build and maintain professional stakeholder relationships with clients and residents

- Manage operations including H&S standards, fleet compliance, financial processes, and contract performance
