Must be able to engage with a diverse range of customers and team members daily, delivering excellent service and building strong working relationships.
All necessary company uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE), including a brand-new pair of steel cap boots each year.
White Card: You will have a current valid Construction White Card or be willing to obtain one before you start.
Licence: You must have a minimum of a Heavy Rigid license. Previous Agitator Driver experience is preferred not essential.

Overtime: Time and a half after regular hours, double time after 10 hours. Meal allowances are also included after 10 hours.

Hours: Starting times range between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM, with shifts typically spanning up to 10+ hours per day and averaging around 50 hours per week. Saturday shifts are available and paid at overtime rates.
Rates: Hourly rate of $29.73, with penalty rates applied. The hourly rate will increase to $31.03 after 12 months.
