The specialist will work with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timelines and procurement requirements, and will qualify suppliers through market research. They will coordinate with the indirect SCM (CAPEX) team to create or activate suppliers, issue purchase requests, manage receipt of goods and services, reconcile invoices and process payments. Contract preparation, negotiation, execution, compliance monitoring, and post‑project evaluation will also be managed. Additionally, the role includes risk and compliance oversight, health‑and‑safety leadership, and maintaining the team’s document archive.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or a related field and have at least five years of experience in real‑estate or facilities management. Proven expertise in project management, contract negotiation and procurement processes, along with strong MS Office and SAP/Ariba skills, is required. Bilingual fluency in English and French, plus resilience, autonomy, proactivity and a collaborative mindset are essential.
