Track assets utilization and ensure assets not in use are recovered, inventoried, relocated, or disposed of in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Organize set-ups for special events/meetings.
Ensure that requests for assets are relayed to appropriate staff members.
On-site troubleshooting of standard hardware issues (e.g., desk phones, computer, printers).
Receive initial telephone or ticket inquiries via Help Desk portal.
Work closely with multiple departments to support IT operations.
Assist in the tracking and management of all IT assets throughout its operating life.
Maintain department’s stock, accessories, and supplies at a reasonable level.
Distribute configured assets.
Create and implement plans to dispose of hardware assets.
Receive IT equipment delivered to IT; log received equipment, verify their contents, ensure they match purchase order, store securely, conduct periodic inventories, and log distribution.
Occasionally travel to other offices and job sites as needed, including overnight stays.
Work with the Helpdesk team on coordinating assets.

Multiple monitors, standing desks, and other ergonomic equipment to match your work style.
Must be knowledgeable about Microsoft 365(Office 365), computer systems, and IOS devices.
