Provide mentorship from Designers, Project Engineers, Project Leaders and Directors.
Work within AutoCAD and Civil 3D to produce design documentation.
Support project teams in tasks and duties pertaining to active projects.
Weekly calls with other interns and introductions to members across our Leadership team.
Attend team coordination meetings and field visits to further understand design and project scope.
Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA.
Participate in Embark, a one-day workshop with other interns and new graduates to meet with leadership, tour project sites, and learn from other disciplines.
