🕒 Experience: Minimum 15 years, including 5 years in Qatar/GCC region
- In-depth understanding of marine environments and coastal structures.
- Knowledge of current technologies and their effective use in project delivery.
- Demonstrated PMCM (Project/Program Management & Construction Management) experience.
- Proven ability to perform key technical roles within complex projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (4-year degree).
- Thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of engineering codes, design manuals, and construction practices.
- Proficient experience in delivering Marine Infrastructure Projects involving design and construction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
