Production Operative Pollington, Goole DN14 0DU36 hours per week, 12hr shifts (3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 7 off) - Salary banding £27,904 to £32,97940 hours per week, Mon - Fri (6am - 2pm) - Salary banding £27,318 - £32,284As a result of our continued success, we are recruiting for Production Operatives with a background in Manufacturing or Production to join our team at Pollington.So what's the mission?You'll be part of our manufacturing team, helping to make our well-known concrete drainage products, including large pipes and manholes. Working together with your team, you'll learn how to use a variety of hand tools, machinery, and lifting equipment.   • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools is advantageous
  • Previous experience or understanding of working within a Manufacturing Production Plant
  • Knowledge of OEE (overall Equipment Effectiveness) is advantageous
  • FLT license desirable
  • Concrete manufacturing experience desirable
  • English communication and writing skills
  • Team player with attention to detail
