  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, Bluebeam, and current structural software applications such as AASHTOWare, RISA 3D, Lpile, PGSuper and Enercalc.
  • Minimum of 3 years of structural engineering experience working directly with roadway engineers, water resources engineers, and public clients is required, along with strong client service skills.
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or successfully passed Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) examination is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Proficiency and familiarity with applicable Codes, including AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications, AASHTO LRFD Pedestrian Bridge Design Specifications; familiarity with the CDOT Bridge Design Manual is preferred.
  • Curiosity replaces judgment, and respectful engagement is prioritized in all interactions.
