  • Create selection criteria for vendor products, tools and services related to information security, Work closely them to minimize business disruption and ensure the efficient delivery of services.

  • Provide leadership, direction and guidance in assessing and evaluating information security risks and monitor compliance with security standards and appropriate policies.
  • Lead IT Infrastructure and application partner teams and accomplish business results by aligning staff performance plans to operational plan objectives.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key partners within the organization.
  • Track projects, status, dashboards and proactively communicate with business and project team members and build meaningful metrics for business sponsors that demonstrate the impact of change efforts.
  • Work closely with IT Service Owners from Siemens Limited and Siemens AG Global and manage the SLAs agreed as part of transition service agreements for all IT services provided
  • Ensure a best-in-class IT Solutions and User Support to provide high level of employee experience across corporate functions and business teams.
  • Evolve IT Architecture for Enterprise Apps and Infrastructure in line with company’s IT Enterprise Architecture
  • Ensure compliance with ITSec regulations, process (SOP), governance and audit requirements
  • Take lead to review, amend IT policies, processes, standards, and methodologies and monitor IT operations to implement new tools and services as appropriate.
  • Authorize / oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support of all hardware and software based on the needs of SEIL.
  • Prepare Annual Operations Plan (AOP) for the Department along with the IT procurement plan for both hardware and software
  • Create the IT budget for Corp Applications, monitor performance against the budget, ensure budget compliance and Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives across corporate functions.
  • Interface with business and functional leadership to advise and provide technology related solutions and thought leadership.
  • Implementing Siemens IT change management strategies that will drive faster adoption and higher utilization to accelerate benefit realization, return on investment (ROI) and the achievement of results

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, dynamic environment and manage multiple streams of projects and deliverables with a need for adjustments and rapid iteration
  • Strong technical and Project Management skills and leadership qualities
  • ITIL and ITSM certification preferred
  • 15+ years IT experience with 4 to 6 years of Digital Transformation and Application Development Experience. IT Leadership + information technology desired + Experience managing and/or directing IT Solutions and Operations.
  • Proven experience in IT strategic planning and development, project management, IT budgeting and policy development.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills with ability to articulate strategy and ideas to senior stakeholders in business language
  • Strong practical knowledge of private and public cloud computing standards
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or related field.
