The UGE Foreman leads crews in constructing and maintaining underground power lines, reading blueprints, overseeing the line team, ensuring safety, and coordinating with other departments to complete daily tasks from plant to meter base.
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of heavy‑equipment and construction experience, two years of supervisory experience, and a Class A CDL; preferred candidates have six or more years of experience with extensive supervisory and training background.
The role requires physical activity in field conditions, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, and working in inclement weather, with the ability to judge distances and distinguish colors.
