This is a full-time 6 days a week on-site role for a Project Director located in Dubai. The Project Director will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

The Project Director will oversee the entire project life cycle and collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, managing risks and critical issues. The role requires outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Engineering or Architecture knowledge, with experience in design, construction, and project management in the built environment sector.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields with at least 15 years of experience in project management and leadership roles.
- Excellent Leadership skills with experience overseeing multi-disciplinary project teams, managing resources, and delivering projects on time and budget.
- Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, communication, and problem-solving.
