Relationship Manager - Real Esate

Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Pune. As a Relationship Manager in the Real Estate domain, your responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will guide clients throughout their property search process, manage negotiations, close deals, and provide after-sales support. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in working with CRM systems and managing client databases
• Proficiency in client handling, negotiation, and conflict resolution
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple transactions effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Team collaboration, problem-solving, and customer retention skills
• Knowledge of Real Estate sales, market trends, and legal formalities
