As a Leasing Consultant, you will support the leasing operations and financial performance of an assigned apartment community. The role involves engaging prospective residents, highlighting the value of living at a MAA community, and securing lease agreements. You will also screen applicants, manage lease expirations, facilitate renewals, and contribute to marketing initiatives and resident events.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or leasing. Knowledge of federal, state, and local apartment management regulations is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
