-Drive operational excellence with a focus on safety, efficiency and service delivery -Support the Operations Manager in executing strategic growth and operational improvement initiatives -Develop and strengthen client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities -Lead and manage day to day operations across two Pilbara based truck haulage crews -Contribute to the strategic planning and scaling of the transport division
