Responsible for efficient flow of work, purchase orders, timecards, work orders, reports and billings.
Ensure the quality, standardization, profitability and timeliness of all service department production, billing, paperwork, project estimates, etc.
Oversee effective supervision and efficient scheduling of service mechanics and dispatch to reduce unallocated Tech Sales and Tech Management time.
Enforce safety procedures, conduct safety inspections, and promote a culture of safety within the team.
Work closely with Mechanical Solutions Sales Reps to achieve mechanical solutions sales, production and profit goals.
Ensure adherence to department procedures and standards by technicians, office personnel and dispatchers.
Conduct and/or schedule technical training to maintain a high level of technician skills.
