Collaborate with project and cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems, learning and applying continuous improvement methodologies to deliver desired business results
Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization, including internal customers and peers
Digitize and analyze geological data to help develop geologic models and maps
Assist with drilling and exploration operations; locate project exploration holes and assist with geologic logging and quality sampling
Monitor and track mining progress, identifying and addressing deviations and recommending reconciliation plans
Through strategic thinking, manage and create easy to follow plans to guide both mining team and site for planning and development
Work with operations management and mining engineers to develop short, mid-range, and life-of-mine plans for mining sites
Transform data into information, information into insights, and insights into value creation

Pursing a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering, civil engineering, or geology

Superb time management and judgement skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Regular travel to operations required to assist the operations teams in achieving established goals. Some out-of-town travel may be required.
