- Lead full project lifecycle from planning to handover.
- Provide leadership to project managers, engineers, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes and local authority requirements.
- Leverage and expand strong existing network in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain.
- Establish execution plans, monitoring systems, and risk strategies.
- Resolve high-level technical challenges with experts.
- Support team development and performance appraisals.
- Act as the main liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
- Lead budgeting, cost control, and financial performance reviews.
- Represent the company with professionalism in front of government and semi-government stakeholders.
- Monitor resource allocation and ensure alignment with budgets.
- Maintain excellent client relationships to secure trust and repeat business.
- Ensure delivery meets contractual, technical, and quality standards.
- Review technical submissions, design coordination, and construction supervision.
- Oversee claims, variations, and commercial risks.
- Ensure accurate reporting and contractual compliance.

- master's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- Project Director – Engineering Consultancy field: 8 years (Preferred)
- Master's (Preferred)
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Abu Dhabi authority approval processes.
- Strategic thinking and project risk management.
- Strong consultancy experience in building & infrastructure development.
- Client-focused with strong business development mindset.
- 15+ years’ experience in the industry, with at least 3 years as Project Director.
- Previous work with government or semi-government clients is preferred.
- Ability to drive performance under pressure.
- Excellent leadership and ability to manage large teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven CRM and strong client network in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain.
