In this position you will support the quality management team by preparing reports, maintaining organized documentation, and ensuring that all non‑conforming items are recorded and tracked. You will also follow up on overdue observations, assist with inspections, and perform various administrative tasks as needed.
- Prepare quality and completion reports for the project.
- Monitor and maintain documentation within the quality management system.
- Organize and file all quality and completion records in the construction quality record system.
- Record progress of completed work in the reporting system.
- Log non‑conforming products, activities, or procedures in the non‑conformance reporting system.
- Track the status of inspections and tests, ensuring all issues are documented.
- Follow up with the project team on overdue observations and corrective actions.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties to support the quality team.

The Junior Quality Control Coordinator will report to the Branch Manager and work on‑site at a project in the Greater Toronto Area. This fixed‑term role runs until 2028 with the potential to become permanent, offering a hands‑on experience in a dynamic construction environment.
We are looking for candidates who hold a degree or diploma in a construction‑related field (mechanical or electrical preferred) or a relevant trade certification, and who have at least five years of construction experience, including one to two years in a QA/QC role. Strong computer skills, blueprint reading ability, and effective communication and organizational abilities are essential.
- Hold a degree/diploma in a construction‑related discipline or a relevant trade certification.
- Minimum of 5 years construction experience, including 1‑2 years in a QA/QC role.
- Experience with mechanical and electrical projects and blueprint reading.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Revisto is a plus.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
