The Services Manager role in Perth will guide and deliver major services works on a CBD project. The position is responsible for managing the detailed design of building services packages, overseeing subcontractors and service suppliers, and maintaining construction programmes and procurement strategies. It also includes value engineering, quality control and ensuring elevated health and safety standards throughout design, coordination, installation, commissioning and completion.
