- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
- Lead on‑premises to M365 migrations with minimal business disruption
- Develop and maintain M365 governance, security, and compliance policies

- Apply email security frameworks (DKIM, DMARC, SPF)
- Administer Power Platform environments (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Integrate and manage applications and bots within Microsoft Teams
- Support diverse IT infrastructure projects and interface with business leaders
- Lead large, complex projects across business units and suppliers
