Supply Chain Admin

Description

• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations.
• Provide administrative and reporting support to the Supply Chain and Warehouse teams.
• Support compliance with Zero Harm, safety, and quality processes across the business.
• Distribute reports and updates to internal and external stakeholders in a proactive and timely manner.
• Maintain and update supply chain databases (JDE) with a high level of accuracy.

Requirements

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• A methodical and accurate approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Minimum 3 years’ administrative experience, preferably in purchasing, logistics or supply chain.
• Strong supplier and client relationship skills.
